1. Agreement

By creating a StudioFlow account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. StudioFlow is operated by FluxWillow. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

StudioFlow provides studio management software for yoga, Pilates, martial arts, and dance studios. The service includes class scheduling, member management, online booking, payment tracking, and automated email notifications.

StudioFlow is designed for independent studios with a single location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
One account per studio. You may not share accounts between multiple businesses.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and billing

StudioFlow is offered at $49 per month, billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record.

Free trial: New accounts receive a free trial period. No credit card is required to start.
Billing: Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you subscribed.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of any charge per our refund policy below.
Price changes: We will give 30 days notice before any price increase.
Taxes: Paddle handles all applicable sales tax and VAT automatically.

5. Refund policy

Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of any charge. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.

6. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your studio members to collect and store their personal information within StudioFlow.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use StudioFlow to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Store or transmit illegal content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Resell or sublicense the service to third parties
Use the service for any purpose other than studio management

8. Uptime and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We provide support via email at [email protected]. We do not offer phone support.

9. Limitation of liability

StudioFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxWillow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where FluxWillow operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
